Touch of Love Terms & Conditions
Booking & Rescheduling
All appointments must be booked and rescheduled through our online booking system, which you can find via our website or social media platforms.
Cancellations & Fees
When booking, you’ll be asked to provide card details. Your card will only ever be charged if our cancellation or no-show policy applies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a 50% fee, as we won’t have enough time to fill your spot.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you may be unable to book with us again.
Late Arrivals
Appointment times are scheduled to ensure the best possible service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Arrival & Check-In
When you arrive, please send a message to 0424 138 818. If you’re early, please be mindful that I may still be with another client.
Please also ensure your client consent form is completed before your appointment.
Parking
Street parking is available near the studio.
Before Your Appointment
Arrive makeup-free and freshly washed lashes, as extensions will not adhere properly to dirty lashes and this can cause retention issues. Lash cleansing kits are available for purchase.
Age Policy
Clients under 16 years of age will need parental permission prior to their appointment.
Guests
No additional guests are allowed during your appointment. If you’re booking back-to-back with a family member or friend and wish to attend together, please let us know beforehand.
Restroom Use
Please use the restroom prior to your appointment, as I work back-to-back most days and can’t allow extra time during your service for breaks.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience any allergic reaction to products used during your appointment, please notify us immediately so we can assess the situation. For further concerns, we recommend visiting your health practitioner for medical advice.
